About The Role
HC-One is looking for a Maintenance Operative with solid experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning and housekeeping. You’ll also need technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, ideally some IT skills, and must always be considerate and kind when communicating with residents or colleagues.
This is a 40‑hour per week role. As a Maintenance Operative you will ensure that Residents live in a place that is proactively inspected and brilliantly maintained at all times. You will carry out audits, keep records up to date and perform tasks such as replacing taps or mixer valves, fitting extractor fans, repairing timber on bedroom windows, or putting up new wallpaper. Your work must always demonstrate kindness and care.
