Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: £27,500 - £33,500 depending on experience & skills.
Requirements: Full UK driving licence; Vehicle and tools provided.
Role Overview
As the Maintenance Operative you will ensure all requested repairs—reactive, proactive, and pre‑planned—are carried out to the required standard and within SLA deadlines. You will work primarily in Wigan, using skills in joinery, fitting, plumbing, painting & decorating, and manage your own workflow while supporting the team.
