The Maintenance Planner is responsible for the comprehensive planning, scheduling, and coordination of all maintenance tasks within the assigned section, ensuring operational efficiency and asset reliability. The Maintenance Planner will directly supervise a team of tradesmen, coordinating their work across all shifts to support 24/7 operations. This role also involves conducting daily meetings with Operations and Maintenance management to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of priorities.
Responsibilities- Enforce safety rules and ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Prevent incidents by fostering a 'zero safety incidents' and 'zero quality incidents' mentality and culture.
