Maintenance Planner, 4-stroke Marine
Wärtsilä Performance Services Marine is looking for a Maintenance Planner to plan and coordinate maintenance activities for global marine agreements. The role is based in Vaasa, Finland, with occasional travel (~5%).
Responsibilities
- Preparing maintenance plans for assigned contracts.
- Planning and coordinating scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and overhauls.
- Planning required resources and competences for field work execution.
- Collaborating with Contract Managers, customers, external providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Following up on executed and postponed maintenance tasks and driving improvements.
- Preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets for annual contract planning.
- Supporting development of maintenance planning tools and processes.
- Performing swing‑set planning.
