Job Description
Brightwork are currently working on behalf of our client, a well-established healthcare organisation to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor to join their Estates team covering Bute & Cowal. Based in Dunoon the successful candidate should expect travel to other sites within the region.
The successful candidate will be required to take part in an on-call rota, each on-call week consists of 9 sessions (evenings and weekends) and is paid per session, with any call-outs paid at enhanced rates of 1.5x standard pay and double time on public holidays. The role is 36 hours per week, with working hours set as Monday to Thursday, 08:00-16:00, and Friday, 08:00-14:30.
This is a hands-on leadership role, overseeing maintenance operations across a diverse property portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring facilities remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
