We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Supervisor that will be responsible for the overall maintenance and physical condition of a residential property consisting of 250+ apartment and condominiums, with a key focus on overseeing and executing renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Supervision: You'll lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This includes scheduling, assigning work orders, and conducting performance reviews.
