Gpac is working with a well-established, rapidly growing meat processing company that is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor in the Jackson area of Mississippi.
In this role you wouldsupport a high-volume, fast-paced production environment. This leader will drive equipment reliability, support continuous improvement, and guide a skilled maintenance team across fabrication and further-processing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coach, and schedule maintenance technicians across day or night shift
- Lead troubleshooting, repair, and PM activities on production lines, refrigeration, and facility systems
- Ensure safe work practices and compliance with OSHA, USDA, HACCP, and plant policies
