Hours: 3 Shift Pattern (Mornings 6am - 2pm / Lates 2pm - 10pm / Nights 10am - 6pm).

Salary: £59,872 (inc Shift Allowance).

Location: Coleshill.

We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Team Leader to support and lead a skilled maintenance team within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This key leadership role will help drive performance, ensure standards are maintained, and act as the vital link between maintenance and wider operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Control overtime to support production requirements
• Manage shift planning and maintain holiday schedules
• Deliver clear and effective shift reports to the wider business
• Complete structured shift handovers in line with standard procedures
