Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations with a specific focus on paint system maintenance and preventative maintenance programs. This role is critical to ensuring that paint application equipment, booths, ovens, conveyors, and related systems are operating efficiently and safely to meet production and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and scheduled preventative maintenance on paint systems, including spray booths, ovens, filtration systems, pumps, and conveyors.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components of paint equipment.Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation using CMMS or manual tracking systems.Monitor and maintain proper operation of environmental controls, ventilation, and filtration within the paint area to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
