Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (May include some or all of the following responsibilities) Install and dismantle equipment Change out weld power supplies Exchange bevellers for service Change flux handling equipment Swap trunnions for repair Change out VFD/transformers Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on equipment (mobile and stationary) Do basic repairs on equipment Perform basic maintenance tasks (plumbing, changing light bulbs and filters) Build and repair electrical cables Record downtime, repair, and PM time in a computerized maintenance management system Removing items from inventory in computerized maintenance management system Complete assigned tasks with minimal assistance Safely operate and transport most mobile heavy equipment for service and repairs Perform daily inspection of rigging and mobile equipment Perform proper rigging techniques with assistance Actively support all EHS and continuous improvement initiatives
