Responsibilities
Office
- Conduct Pre Delivery Inspections and report of any defects or issues for goods in to Quality Departments.
- Process Warranty claims from our dealers for approval by line manager. Liaising with Tech Support when neccesary.
- Creating reports for any warranty claims and send to Tech Support/ Warranty Department
- Support weekly warranty meetings with line manager.
- Liaise with OEM Warranty Departments on outstanding issues.
- Prepare customer quotations for service visit requests.
- Management of Parts sales including preparation and dispatch of sales/ warranty parts.
Warehouse
- On/Off load generator deliveries from factory and customers.
- On/Off load supplier deliveries and despatches.
- Manage genset stock including collection/delivery planning, general warehouse efficiency.
