JOB SUMMARY: Responsible, in conjunction with the Sr. Facilities Director, for the maintenance of the Easton Branch.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
PROGRAM/DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain the safety, security and cleanliness of all buildings and grounds Schedule appointments with various vendors on an as needed basis Respond to emergency situations in support/collaboration, with Sr. Facilities Director Flexible hours and on-call Reports any safety /health concerns to Sr. Facilities Director/Executive Director Professionalism at all times with families and mindfulness of boundaries Daily check of maintenance logs at all buildings Ability to prioritize needs Quarterly maintenance report Other duties as assigned by Sr. Director/Director.
