Venture Tech Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of duties related to the upkeep, repair, and installation of machinery, equipment, and building facilities. Our buildings are spread out between Miramar, FL and Ft Lauderdale.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable maintenance/handy man/woman. All around basic maintenance knowledge with experience.
SUMMARY: Under limited supervision, performs a variety of general maintenance and some light janitorial duties from time to time.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
· Painting, caulking and drywall repairs
·Performs routine plumbing repairs such as unstopping toilets, sinks or urinals, fixing water leaks, leaking faucets, and water fountains
· Light maintenance duties such as plumbing and/or equipment repair or replacement
