Job Description
The Manufacturing Bakery Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the maintenance operations of a bakery production facility. This role involves developing and implementing maintenance strategies, managing a maintenance team, ensuring equipment reliability, and complying with food safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) program: Create and execute a proactive maintenance schedule to minimize equipment breakdowns and optimize production efficiency.

- Oversee maintenance activities: Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.
