Job Summary
Desert Sage Manor a residential community in Hermiston, OR, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance/Janitorial team member. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the buildings, performing general apartment maintenance, and overseeing the upkeep of the grounds. Your responsibilities will include participating in the apartment turn-key process, responding promptly to service requests, and supporting preventative maintenance programs to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for residents. The ideal candidate will manage the organization and inventory control of the Maintenance storage areas, follow all safety standards and best practices, and communicate effectively and professionally with residents, vendors, and fellow team members.
