Maintenance Technician - Mechanical

Job Purpose

The position’s primary function is to provide mechanical support to the manufacturing plant and other support areas by troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems. They create customer success by delivering the best experiences to their internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all safety standards including PPE, Emergency Plans, and EHS policies; identify and report unsafe acts or conditions via observation cards; and maintain 5S standards throughout your work area.
• Monitor for abnormalities in standard processes, machine operation, product quality, and logistics — escalating issues to your Team Leader or Supervisor promptly.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and modify mechanical systems on manual and CNC equipment; perform scheduled preventive maintenance; and complete CILR activities to meet PM OEE targets.
