Maintenance Technician

Job Description 

Reporting to Maintenance Manager, the position includes the following responsibilities: 

• To maintain rolling stock by following the Safe Work instructions that include:
• Executing adjustment, alignment, balance, calibration, clean, inspect, lubricate, measure, monitor, record, refurbish, repair, restore, service, test and torque tasks on SCT equipment including general housekeeping (good record keeping) and upkeep according to Policies, Procedures and Standards of the SCT Maintenance Department.
• Identify areas of improvement and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage and meet targets.
• Good understanding of how to utilize new/use materials.
• Embracing new technology.
• Provide accurate data, results and feedback.
