Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain the grounds surrounding the building, ensuring it is safe and aesthetically pleasing
- Manage and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections/checks
- Assist with moving and storage of supplies and equipment
- Report on equipment malfunctions
- Maintain and make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, electrical systems, etc.
- Perform other routine maintenance such as painting and drywall repair
- Contact and follow up with contractors, technicians, and service representatives when necessary
- Be available for emergency calls
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- Knows basic carpentry, welding, furnace repair, and small appliance repair; familiar with safety regulations
