As a Maintenance Worker V, you will perform trades duties approaching the journeyman level in areas such as electrical, plumbing, and painting, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations. In addition to supervising Maintenance Workers and designated staff, you will construct and repair various items, including walls, doors, floors, ceilings, windows, furniture, cabinets, desks, tables, and shelves.
