What You'll Be Doing
Build detailed outage schedules (MS Project), define task sequencing, and identify the critical path to minimize downtime.
Identify and finalize all maintenance activities plan (kiln, mills, crushers, preheaters, etc.), ensuring a clear, detailed outage scope with task-level breakdown.
Determine manpower, contractor requirements, tools, and materials; coordinate with plant teams, procurement, and vendors to ensure availability.
Develop outage cost estimates, track planned vs. expected expenditure and identify cost optimization opportunities before execution by leveraging data and plant collaboration....
