Management and Program Analyst

Summary About the Position: Serve as a Senior Management and Program Analyst, providing strategic resource management of one or more diverse portfolios for the United States European Command (USEUCOM). Provide portfolio management services for their assigned functional area; conduct a wide variety of complex studies and evaluations of critical resource problems affecting the Command. Responsibilities Oversee program managers in the development of cost, schedule, and performance factors for use in justifying, defending and allocating resources, including advocating for capabilities and resources on behalf of HQ USEUCOM and its Service Components. Serve as the focal point for assigned portfolio management functions for USEUCOM.
