MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Position Management Branch of the Program Planning and Review Division of the Business and Strategic Planning Department of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will assist in the management of a combination of support functions to include the planning and implementation of improved organizational structures, management studies and analysis. You will provide overall position management support to Position Manager. You will assist the Position Manager in coordination and communication with Coe 1102, Human Resources Office (HRO) and Fleet Forces Command (FFC). You will provide support with analysis of organizational administrative and personnel processes and procedures.
