Management Trainee (Chartered Accountant)

Job Summary: We are hiring a CA Fresher who has recently cleared all levels of the Chartered Accountancy course (ICAI). The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to financial reporting, compliance, auditing, and taxation functions. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts. Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and reconciliation. Support in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Tax Audit. Assist in Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Prepare and file various returns (GST, Income Tax, etc.) Work on bank reconciliations, vendor & customer ledger management. Support senior team members in financial analysis, budgeting, and MIS reporting. Learn and work on ERP systems / accounting software. Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
