Your Opportunity
Our Toronto office is looking for a Manager, Business Restructuring and Turnaround Services. This is a new role, and the candidate will join our Corporate Restructuring team to own the following responsibilities:
Advise corporations, lenders, creditors or shareholders through financial reviews, business turnarounds, and financial restructurings (formal or informal)
Ability to prepare integrated cash flow models
Analyze cash flow models, projections, and business plans
