Position Summary

Therapeutic Area Specialist（TAS）のサイエンティフィック・アジリティ、セールススキル、ビジネス感覚を高め、適切な学習コンテンツとアウトプットトレーニングの提供を通じて成果と成長に良い影響を与えることが目的です。

データ分析に基づいた学習コンテンツの作成だけでなく、TASの能力構築のためのインプット・アウトプットトレーニングの実施、新製品発売の成功や既存製品ビジネスの拡大をリードする責任があります。

顧客ニーズやチームの課題・機会を理解し、Commercialization Learning Japan Learning Leadのチームビジョン達成や戦略計画の実行を支援します。
