Thorough in technical assessment & key engineering deliverables of the process- Process mapping for vehicle sheet metal commodity parts like - BIW , Long member , cross member , Heavy fabrication asemblies , fuel tank, Air tank ,STC ,small brackets, etc.2. Understanding of FTG Requirements and their appropriate deployment 3. Commercial acumen : Cost estimation of the process, FTG involved & Packaging to accurately estimate CAPEX requirements-(develop and monitor the CAPEX)4. Hands on experience of SAP MM Module5. Project Management skills.• Ensure on-time closure of DFM, VOB, FTG development, PPAP,etc. • Support & Drive all the development initiatives/Projects at various stages involving all stake holders and deliver the them to meet project gateway timelines• Project review presentations on status updates, identify risks at early stage & prudently act to mitigate the same• Support product d...
