Manager, Performance Insights & Gap Analysis
The Manager, Performance Insights & Gap Analysis, supports the Senior Manager in the delivery of actionable insights across retail channels (e.g., Global Client Experience Centres, Virtual Advice Channel, Branch) by monitoring performance, identifying gaps, and providing recommendations to improve outcomes. This role collaborates with cross‑functional teams to analyze trends, surface opportunities, and enable leadership decisions through data‑driven insights that drive growth in primary clients and earnings.
