In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve fulfillment models, quote speed, and other business-related priorities. Process Redesign: Design and implement top-down and bottom-up methodology to identify and prioritize high-impact improvement projects for the business, functions, and sites. Project Execution and Accountability: Lead identified Continuous Improvement programs around the globe, by driving and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful completion, facilitate smooth handovers to business owners, and ensure sustained improvements over time by ensuring accountability. Complete End to End Change Management Ownership: Organize initial cross-functional team, lead kaizen/process-mapping event to create new strategy, project manage the team to make the change, and then use data to track successful implementation.
