Job Description
The Manager – Core Accounting Services is responsible for overseeing and guiding a growing team of management accountants and AP clerks in Manila who support global business operations. The role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of financial operations while driving process improvements to enhance the control environment and create a scalable, efficient finance hub. Reporting to the Group Finance Controller, the Manager will manage financial processes, drive optimization, and collaborate closely with global finance teams. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can drive positive change, manage complex financial operations, and ensure high standards in financial reporting and compliance. They must be a strong communicator who earns the trust of senior leaders within the Group and acts as a key liaison.
