managing the team and vendor to implement Enterprise Data Platform, deliver successful system implementation with effectiveness, high quality, accuracy, security and cost control;
establishing and executing on data governance framework, policies, standards, and guidelines for IT data access and quality management;
establishing common-data-model design and enablement across applications, to ensure the reusability of the data and formulate the Single-Source-of-Truth for the Authority;
