This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, technical innovation, and team engagement across mission-critical data platform services, with accountability for 24/7 support and service reliability.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Director, Data Platforms & Services.

Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $138,423 - $186,339.
