Position Overview – EHS Manager (South & West )
The Head of EHS will lead the EHS function across all Indian operations. The role drives regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, environmental sustainability, and safety culture transformation in alignment with global ZEISS standards.
Key Responsibilities
- EHS
- Develop and implement ZEISS India’s EHS strategy aligned with global frameworks.
- Advise senior management on EHS risks, performance, and investments.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all sites and operations.
2. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with national and state EHS regulations (CPCB, SPCB, Factories Act, OHS Codes, Fire Safety, Waste Management Rules, etc.).
