Job Description
Serve as a critical business partner & drive a consistent strategic vision for EHS across MSS India organization.
Align with MSol Global EHS & AP EHS strategies, initiatives, systems & expectations to drive safety awareness, engagement, and incident prevention.
Partner with leadership to integrate health and safety programs, activities & routines providing EHS leadership, expertise & guidance necessary to elevate the Safety culture of the organization.
Oversee the development, implementation, and application of effective EHS program at Emerson Suppliers.
Directs incident investigation process using root-cause analyses tools (, Fault Tree Analysis, FMEA) to identify countermeasures and follow to closure.
Review organization, regulatory and customer EHS requirements and lead actions to confirm compliance as needed.
