JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead end-to-end execution of engineering programs from concept, design, validation, and launch. Develop and manage program timelines, resource plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies Possess a strong understanding of product development lifecycle and engineering processes. Design & development of structural parts/ chassis of air-conditioners Development of tool & mould for sheet metal & plastic components Guidance to team - structural design engineering Design reviews & action planning Good knowledge of part costing & cost anaylsis Management of CAD resources, allocation of the work & guidance Material analysis & selections for tool, mould.
