Summary:The Engineering Manager leads and manages a team of multi-Project Engineers, developing annual work plans, governing project execution, driving functional transformation, and uplifting engineering capability to support factory transformation. The role combines strategic leadership, project governance, transformation initiative ownership, and engineering capability building.
What You’ll Do for Us
1. Team Leadership & Annual Planning:
- Develops and communicates annual work plans, goals, and KPIs for the engineering team aligned with business strategy.
- Allocates resources effectively across projects according to priorities and available skills.
