In this role, you will:
Champions a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.Supports the coordination and documentation of the Enterprise Crisis Management governance structure that spans the crisis management lifecycle, including end-to-end process flows, playbooks and biannual governance activities.Drives appropriate stakeholder awareness of the Bank’s Enterprise Crisis and Business Continuity Management program and guidelines. Works as a collaborative and strategic partner with business lines to increase their preparation for, and ability to manage potential crises that may impact their operations.
