About the Role-Manages the Asset & Development Project Management Office. Engages consultants and service providers for major capital and operational projects across the association. Ensures contracts meet procurement and legal requirements. Manages consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the assigned projects. Provides project management support for the development, design and construction of new Facility Projects in Coquitlam, Surrey and South Vancouver Manages and coordinates consultant and contractor activities. Ensures design and construction standards are followed Maintains accurate project records and supports internal and external project audits.
