Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families: Reporting to the Director, Capital Planning, Administration and Accounting, is responsible for budget planning, cash flow tracking and reporting of Fraser Health capital funding and expenditures for facility construction and renovation projects; builds and maintains strategic business partnerships and promotes and facilitates innovation in capital resource management; In this role, liaises with Facility Planning, Plant Services and other internal and external clients to develop capital plans for Fraser Health Authority; maintains contact with the Ministry for all reporting, claims, approvals and related matters as these matters apply to facility capital projects; provides sound business analysis and recommends actions to be taken to ensure facility planning is consistent with the Fraser...
