Job Description
The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis is a key finance business partner responsible for financial planning, performance management, and decision support within People Corporation. The successful candidate partners closely with the Director, Finance to support the Product Centre teams, including PFHR, Collage, Health Solutions, OSI, DCI, and works closely with senior business leaders to provide insight into financial performance, support business casing, and ensure alignment between financial outcomes and evolving business strategies.
