About The Position:
Reporting to the director of finance, the Manager, Financial reporting will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements with clear variance analysis

Mentor and manage a team of 3+ accountants, including performance feedback and hiring support

Deliver external reporting packages, including covenant and quarterly reporting packages

Work in collaboration with external auditors and support the year-end audit process

Oversee the financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow activities for 2+ entities
