Consistent with Strategic Corporate Objectives, the Manager, Finishing Production, provides the leadership to safely and effectively manage all plant operations to achieve maximum efficiencies within cost & quality standards. This role is also responsible to know and exceed customer requirements for cost, quality and delivery. This position will be working with some automated equipment as well as responsibility for the distribution of drywall finish good across multiple provinces.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Lead safe, efficient use of labor, materials, equipment, and inventory.
- Drive best-in-class processes through leadership and training.
- Maintain strong housekeeping standards across the plant.
- Enforce safety rules and coach employees toward high performance.
