Join our Global Talent Team as a Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Innovation & Operations , where you will drive operational efficiency by modernizing our tools, processes, and technology ecosystem. This role leads initiatives that enhance recruiter productivity, improve the candidate journey, and enable global consistency through scalable, AI-supported recruiting solutions.

You will partner closely with regional Talent Acquisition teams, HR Technology, HR Leadership, IT, and Compliance teams as well as third‑party vendors to deliver innovative systems, measurable process improvements, and a world‑class experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
