Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead the complete Human Resource function for an upcoming hospital project. The role involves setting up and managing HR operations from pre-commissioning to full-scale hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies for hospital setup
- Manpower planning & recruitment of clinical and non-clinical staff
- Establish HR policies, SOPs & employee handbook
- Ensure statutory compliance & payroll administration
- Drive performance management & employee engagement
- Support NABH accreditation processes
- Lead employee relations & grievance management
- Partner with leadership to build a high-performance culture
Requirements:
- MBA in HR (preferred)
- 12+ years of HR experience within healthcare/hospital industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws & healthcare compliance.
