The HRBP supports leaders in achieving business goals by enabling a high‑performance culture and ensuring robust HR governance.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically align organizational structure and people priorities with business needs.
- Collaborate with business units to identify manpower requirements and optimize workforce planning.
- Monitor and control manpower expenses, overtime, recruitment, relocation, and related costs.
- Drive the performance management process and ensure timely completion of performance cycle events.
