Job Description

Reporting to Senior Manager, HRIS and Compensation & Benefits, the Manager, HRIS is responsible for the strategic oversight, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Human Resources Information Systems. This role ensures data integrity, system efficiency, and alignment with business objectives, while supporting HR operations, payroll, benefits administration, and reporting needs.

Responsibilities

Serve as the system owner for UKG (Core, Payroll, Learning, People Analytics) and WFM (timekeeping, scheduling, labor management)

Define system strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure alignment between HR systems and organizational priorities

Lead configuration and maintenance of timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and labor management within WFM

Collaborate closely with payroll team to support WFM setup and ensure accurate time-to-payroll integration, including validation of pay codes, earn...
