Manager, Integration, Data & Governance

At CAE, we are seeking a Manager, Integration, Data & Governance professional to lead the integration and management of training and program data across the Civil Aviation Training portfolio. In this role, you will ensure data integrity, deliver actionable insights, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

You will act as the owner of program performance data and the custodian of critical training documentation, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement. This role partners closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to provide clear reporting, drive adoption of data standards, and support consistent, data‑driven outcomes across the organization.
