Join us in shaping how HDB manages and uses its knowledge and information to make better decisions, improve operations, and foster organisational learning.
What You Will Be Working On
Your key responsibilities will include:
Competency Framework Development
Build structured competency frameworks that define the skills and capabilities HDB staff need, to guide the development of HDB's professionals;
Information Systems Management
Work in partnership with different operating groups to review and refine HDB's filing systems. Analyse how information is currently organised and redesign classification methods to better serve business needs;
Knowledge Repository Enhancement
Upgrade both physical and digital knowledge repositories. Design processes that capture important information effectively and make it easy to find when needed; and
Records Lifecycle Management
Manage government records from creation to disposal, including the evaluation and ...
