Conduct training sessions for new and existing sales personnel. Collaborate with managers to assess training needs and plan sessions accordingly. Design and deliver effective training programs. Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions. Mentor and support new employees. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through post-training evaluations, assessments, and employee feedback. Work closely with business leaders and HR to address performance gaps.
