Brief Job Description:
As a Manager Mechanical Engineering you will:
- Be part of the THERMAL LoB leadership structure and provides leadership, direction and ensures deployment of Product Quality, Quality Systems Management and Product Compliance System (QAQC) within THERMAL LoB in the Region
- Be accountable for the development of product quality and compliance requirements and deployment of these throughout the product development, manufacturing, sourcing, delivery, and improvement processes.
- This key position operates in a matrix organizational structure and works closely with the Global Quality community, the Supplier Quality function, the THERMAL focus factories, and all other functions across all Regions to drive deployment of quality product, compliance system, supplier quality, customer quality, and continuous improvement.
