Act as the Indigenous Participation Manager for the LVCTS project, focusing on enhancing Indigenous engagement and training at Raytheon Canada. This role is vital for supporting the Canadian Army across multiple sites.
In this prominent role, you will manage the Indigenous Training and Development Program (ITDP) under the LVCTS initiative for Raytheon Canada. You'll engage with Indigenous communities, coordinate training strategies, and monitor participation metrics to support a robust Indigenous workforce.
